Unless otherwise agreed in writing a deposit of £150.00 + V.A.T. or 50% of the invoice value, whichever is the greater sum, before we start work. The remainder is due upon completion of your website. Payments are by PayPal unless otherwise agreed by us prior to work commencing on the design of your website. Hosting and Domain Name Registrations are charged annually. Total payment is required before we start work should the invoice value be less than £150.00
Costs vary and are according to the size and content (i.e. graphics we produce) of your website. Maintenance fees (if applicable) have to be paid monthly in advance, should you require your website to be regularly edited. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of your website please don't hesitate to contact us.

Pornographic, offensive, racist, defamatory, copyrighted material or any illegal content is not permitted on any web pages or websites created by us.
It is your responsibility to ensure the content you supply to us to construct your website conforms with your local laws and international laws.
If your organisation is in the U.K. your website is required by law to show Cookie consent.
We can offer guidance but we are not lawyers and therefore cannot offer legal advice.

SlidesInMotion.com will remove images supplied by a client from any website it has published for them in the following instances:
Disputes: Should we receive a complaint regarding any of the above instances all such images will be removed until any dispute(s) have been settled.
You will be notified by email or by telephone a minimum of 30 days prior to the renewal date of your services. We will ask you to confirm by email that you wish to carry on with the services and keep any domain name(s) associated with your website active. Payment must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of expiry.
We have to ensure we receive payment in this way as we have to pay for hosting and domain names up front.
Transactions are via PayPal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you wish to cancel your website subscription and/or email services please notify us at least one month prior to the subscription expiry date by using the form on the contact page of our website.
Please note that we do not give refunds in arrears for services already provided. If you wish to cancel your subscription and do not notify us by email at least one month prior to the expiry date please note payment for the year from your website subscription and/or email services renewal date still has to be paid.
If your subscription for the website services is not paid in full at the required time your website will be taken down and your account closed. This will result in the deletion of any files and will affect your search engine rankings. Your domain name(s) will also be available for others to purchase unless a prior arrangement in writing is agreed with us.
It is no problem to add Third Party Links to your web pages as long as they do not contain illegal material such pornography.
If you would like to use content such as a logo from another designer this is also no problem.
Should you wish to use content designed by a Third Party Organisation it is your responsibility to deal with that Organisation and send us the relevant files for publishing. Maintenance, editing and updating of such content is the responsibility of the Third Party Organisation.
Producing websites in languages other than English in European languages that use Latin fonts and are no problem. For others please enquire using our contact form.
Their will be a cost involved for each language the website is translated into as effectively each is another website. Please contact us for a quotation.
The time frame to produce websites in languages other than English is dependant upon time taken by any translators. This also applies to any page edits.
